Disgraceful veto placed by Russia on the establishment of international tribunal for investigating the downing of the Malaysian flight MH17 has shocked members of the UN Security Council (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtwrL...). Right after Russia has vetoed the resolution on creation of the tribunal, members of the Council gave their statements in which they condemned Russia’s shameful decision to prevent the tribunal.
In particular, US ambassador Samantha Power reminded Russia about the numerous victims of the downed MH17 plane, among whom were 80 children, and accused Russia in trying to deny justice to the 298 victims on that plane.
