1. normalais: Noone gives a shit what you STRATFOR believe.

As to the training of Indian police, I am very disappointed in STRATFOR's take, because this level of "commentary" is more appropriate to a "Bud Lite" commercial than to any serious discussion of police capabilities, to say nothing of being extremely insulting. You guys need to get out more.
3. clinkerbuilt: 4. The hype over this is most likely due to a "Wag The Dog" pump to the media at voting time in and the US, as previously noted, than to any serious threat. The possible political angle should have been addressed. Overall, this is not STRATFOR's best work.
4. clinkerbuilt: 1. If this were a real threat, I could think of several ways for it to work, using "off-the-shelf" tech and supplies. 2. It is a serious mistake to assume that US police departments would be able to respond effectively to a "Mumbai Attack" -- dealing with two whacked-out crackheads is not the same at all.
